What are the package options available to my business?

We offer two packs; Premier Pack @ RM55 and Suite Pack @ RM45, per room, per month. Prices include SST.

Why are these new Hospitality Pack prices lower than the previous Hotel Pack?

Astro Business strives to continually design more sustainable products for our customers. We’ve managed to provide an attractive market proposition at RM55 and RM45 for Premier and Suite Packs, espectively while retaining a vast channel selection and value-added services.

Is there any difference in channel offering compared to the previous Hotel Pack?

Yes! We have increased the channel entitlement for these packs even whilst lowering the price. On average, you are getting additional 10 channels when you sign up for these new packs.

What if I don’t have that many modulators to cater to all the additional channels?

You can always select your preferred channels according to the number of modulators that you have according to your entitlement. Contact us to find out more about modulators setup and how it works for In-Room entertainment.

What if I need to add-on additional channels?

Yes, you can! All our channels are available for add-on based on the pricing structure below.

How much will you be charging for each Astro box when signing up with Astro BUSINESS Hospitality Pack?

There will be no charge. Your Astro Box comes FREE with your Astro BUSINESS Hospitality Pack subscription.

What are the Contract Tenure and Security Deposit?

A standard Contract Tenure will be 3-years. Thereafter, the contract will be automatically renewed every year. The Security Deposit is 2-months of the subscription fee, which will be refunded upon termination.

What can I do if I am currently on another package under Astro BUSINESS and I am still serving my contract?

We offer you the flexibility to change to the new Hospitality Pack without any penalty. Please contact your Astro BUSINESS Account Manager and they will assist you to upgrade to the new Hospitality Pack.

What are the documentations required to sign up?
  1. Business Registration – Form 24 & 49
  2. Valid business address / Owning company / Company registration number
  3. Email ID – PIC or Finance PIC (To update this info in CAF)
  4. Order and payment confirmation – Bank in slip for deposit
  5. Service Agreement Form
What is Service Agreement Form? What about the standard Subscription Agreement?

We have simplified the sign-up process for our Hospitality Pack by replacing the Subscription Agreement with a Service Agreement Form – this will shorten the overall onboarding process so that you can enjoy the Hospitality  Pack faster.

Can the customers use any of our Astro packages to do public viewing? Or charge their customers viewing fees to view contents from our packages?

No, this is strictly prohibited. The use of our service is only within the hotel room and they are not allowed to charge/ resell to their customers for any fees. The specific T&C related to this is stated in our Service Registration Form : Usage of Services
